Trump keeps saying it "Utah's land", and it belongs to the "citizens of Utah", but

he wrong. It's federal land, held in trust for the enjoyment of ALL Americans, regardless of where they reside. Trump is stealing OUR land and giving it to his supporters.

mountain. If I have to look at something like that, it should be the Grand Canyon, Hell's Canyon, The Salmon River. Those need to be kept worth seeing.

That's his rationale for breaking up these scenic and vulnerable national lands. Court cases are already in the works.

The small section in the southwest appears to exclude the state lands. In the other parts, the state lands are included.

Most of "federal land" is managed for multiple uses, the status of park, monument, wilderness, etc determines certain management parameters.
