IMO, The Supreme court will see at least 2 two retirements before any DT45 activity.

I believe Thomas and Roberts will take retirement, instead of getting tangled in DT45 .

Nobody else will retire for Trump unless Ginsburg falls ill.

If Trump wins again in 2020 then he'll definitely replace Ginsburg and maybe Thomas and Breyer.
