A joke about corruption scandals in Tulsa co govt.

It's been a quarter century since I left and I doubt anything has changed!!!!

Seems about average for a big city. Before I moved back I lived in a small college town in IA. Knew personally people on city council, county commisioners, legislative representatives. Went to several get-togethers with Tom Harkin. I just felt connected and able to affect things, unlike in Tulsa.
Regular people knew politicians. Here in Tulsa seems like you have to be wealthy and move in the connected circles, live in the right part of town.
