It's been fun watching this all day but it is even more fun seeing it in print.

It was so bad Trump now claims his lawyer wrote the tweet.

It would be funny if it was someone other than the pResident. I wonder if Putin saw this side of him long ago. Not only could he be bribed and/or blackmailed into doing Putin's bidding, but he could be easily goaded into creating distrust and anger among our citizens.

Flynn wasn't fired for lying, he was fired because the facts came out and the lie that he was fired for lying is a cover for pence and trump, basically a lie to infer they weren't involved in the criminal activity Flynn lied to the FBI about to cover up for trump and pence. So now trump is lying to cover the fact that the fired for lying excuse is a lie.
In summary, lies, lies, and more lies, basically all lies.

Sun Dec 3, 2017, 01:50 AM
Dec 2017

He claimed it was because Flynn had lied to Pence about contacts with the Russians (also, there was the whole unregistered agent of a foreign government thing). For Trump to now claim that he fired Flynn for lying to the FBI means the Trump's prior and subsequent efforts to call off the FBI are now obstruction of justice and abuse of power.

Sun Dec 3, 2017, 02:32 AM
Dec 2017

"Mayor de Blasio, Brooklyn D.A. Eric Gonzalez, public advocate Letitia James and Fox News’ Shepard Smith and Juan Williams all came out to wish attorney Arthur Aidala a happy 50th birthday at a VIP celebration at the Dream Downtown Hotel.

"But it was Alan Dershowitz who saw into the future.

“Flynn will do anything to save himself and his son. His credibility is worthless,” Dershowitz said on Tuesday — three days before it was reported that former White House adviser Michael Flynn would testify that the Donald asked him to collude with the Russians.

“They’ll never be able to impeach President Trump,” he also predicted."

Dec 2017

"Trump tweeted Saturday that he “had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI,” but added paradoxically that his ex-adviser’s actions were not illegal and “there was nothing to hide!”

"The apparent admission that he knew Flynn fibbed to the feds before he asked then-FBI Director James Comey to go easy on him could land Trump in hot water, several critics warned.

“Oh my god, he just admitted to obstruction of justice,” former Justice Department spokesman Matthew Miller tweeted. “If Trump knew Flynn lied to the FBI when he asked Comey to let it go, then there is your case.”
