Easy to get the two confused. Interestingly, I saw several tweets yesterday stating to take his reporting with a grain of salt because of his history of screwing up constantly.

There are proper vetting procedures to ensure that the news ABC reported is not fake news. He didnt follow those procedures and, as a result, tarnished ABC's image as a trustworthy source of news - at a time when it (and all other mainstream) news sources are under attack for taking sides and not properly vetting sources.
