If she was not trying to convey that Russia indeed threw the election for tr-dump, she would have worded it differently.

If Russia had indeed NOT thrown the election for Trump she would have been far more emphatic to get that point across. If it was an inside email internal to the Trump campaign she probably was not too concerned to reveal that truth because it was intended the communication never go exterior but restricted only to internal campaign operatives.
