IMO, it is time to require residence to select a state and vote. Non citizen will be allowed to vote

in local and state office and citizen will be also allowed to vote in federal offices.

No one will be required to vote but must agree to be registered and all can change their state of registration 1 time every 2 yrs.

That is my 2 cents.

So too bad for me cause I already spent my bi-annual registration? No suppression of any kind is my motto. Right idea on getting more to register and vote however.

in purple dye to prevent double voting. If you are out of the country, tough luck or come back for the day. If you are traveling in the US, vote where ever you are.

are making your statement very difficult to parse. I'm entirely uncertain of what you're trying to say.

Whether that is daily, yearly, or (in my case) 4 times in 6 decades (and only one state change)

A typical lease on an apartment is for one year. What if you move when your lease is up?

There are many reasons that people move frequently.
