what can we use out of this fiassco tax plan for a win

in 2018? and 2020. What will be the one thing in this plan they just passed that affects people the most in the year ahead?

1. No one has read the bill yet....500 pages for Christ's sake.

Stuff will come out that will make your hair fall out.

I'd say the death of Obamacare as we know it will effect the most people immediately. Insurance companies, without the base of healthy young people who are only buying insurance because of the mandate, will increase rates and the required subsidies will force others off and that will be the end of affordable health insurance. The rate increases will affect all, even those getting insurance through their employers. On the bright side, it may bring Sander's Medicare for all into the spotlight as people look for the solution.

Many will die without care during the 10 years it will take to turn the country back to the Democrats and get the changes we need.

4. Healthcare mandate removal is in the bill, as far as I've read.

It will be interesting to see what other DUers think will have the most impact. The Tax cut or increase will be pennies for most of Americans and will not cause a rebellion. The Childcare credit will bring some relief and apparently expanded to include those with income to $500,000. Currently it can be used only by those in low income brackets. One thing is for sure, no one will be filing taxes using just a post card. I'd like to see a GIF with Trump waving around the postcard from his photo op last month.

3. Ask every Repub how much they made when this bill passed...

Ask every rep that voted for it how much their personal finances improved because of this bill.

5. The deficit. The Repugs are coming after SS to reduce it.
