His interview with Mueller's team happened after Flynn had given away the store. That means that despite the protestations that the interview "was partially aimed at seeking exculpatory information on Flynn" the questions probably included cross-checks against answers they already had from Flynn. It's the way Mueller would play it. Smart money says Jared lied, and Mueller caught him.

He's been identified as the "very senior" WH official who instructed Flynn to break the law. I've been wondering, though, about where Ivanka fits into all this. She HAD to know something, she is of course married to Jared AND she seemed to have direct ties to Flynn. Remember she said that Flynn could have any job he wanted.
