Read the Michael Flynn Plea Agreement, Statement of Offense

Michael Flynn, represented by a team from Covington & Burling, pleaded guilty Friday in Washington federal court to lying to the FBI. Here is the plea agreement and statement of facts that were filed today.

By Mike Scarcella | December 01, 2017

“My guilty plea and agreement to cooperate with the Special Counsel’s Office reflect a decision I made in the best interests of my family and of our country,” Michael Flynn said in a statement Friday. “I accept full responsibility for my actions.”

Flynn’s plea agreement, filed today in Washington, is posted below:

The guilty plea contains the following language that could potentially allow Mueller to prosecute Flynn for actions that are beyond what is described in the plea agreement:

“In consideration of your client’s guilty plea to the above offense, your client will not be further prosecuted criminally by this Office for the conduct set forth in the attached Statement of the Offense.”

Its one thing to read the news summaries, but taking a moment to read the actual filing and some stated findings and facts that Flynn has agreed to sign and testify to, are really amazing.

It is incredible and there should be no doubt that Flynn not only flipped to be a witness against Trump and Pence et al, but it clearly refers to "senior officials" in the White House and Mar A Lago that Flynn spoke to and consulted. The FBI has recordings and testimony from witnesses.

I fully believe that not just Trump, but Pence too (who was the head of the Presidential Transition Team "PTT&quot knew and were directly involved in colluding with Russia and since then covering up and interfering with an investigation.

When the full truth comes out, its going to be shocking. And this has to have Trump, Pence, Sessions and every person in the White House freaking out. And making them very dangerous at this time.

that was what it was. We have a bunch of traitors leading our federal government.

I am no lawyer and I know the definition of treason is very complicated, but I do believe there was a conspiracy and many people were in on it and there is a reason that Robert Mueller has many skilled attorneys on his team who specialize in RICO convictions.

We have many traitors against our Nation who are in our Government.

The question is how many and how deep does it go....

that could be filed in State Court later in case DT tried to pardon anyone.

And this one-charge indictment might also prevent DT from panicking -- his lawyer can spin it that this charge is nothing new, that they always said that Flynn had lied

But now they've turned Flynn into a cooperating witness, on any part of the investigation they choose. And if he doesn't give them what they want, they can throw the works at him in a state court.
