The repugs just voted not to allow enough time to read the bill before the vote. For some reason freepers are blowing up Senator Duckworths live FB feed saying that “Obamacare was rammed down our throats.” (Republicans love talking about things being rammed down their throats for some reason)

And had multiple communications with Congress and the white house after the first introduction, before published amendments were made available, well ahead of the vote - so yeah. Just like this.
