Federal judges are really worrying. Pres. Obama couldn't get them through, now they have the open pipe to shove RW ideologues with no qualifications or ability into permanent positions.

The only saving grace has been the repubs have been so disorganized that this tax scam bill is the only major thing they've been able to accomplish.
