The range is from 0 months - 5 years, with a maximum of 3 years supervised release; a fine large enough to pay for imprisonment/release. Based on a complex system of points - if everything pans out in his record, the recommended sentencing for the level of the crime he is admitting to, with his background, is 0-6 months with a fine from $500 - $9500.

Otherwise Flynn will serve a lot more than six months.
