Three women talking about the prospects, and one of them was very animated. The DJIA had its highest close ever yesterday, and she was very excited by the notion that wealthy people and big corporations were going to get big fat tax cut. She predicted the market would sky-rocket, and all that extra cash was going to go toward business expansion, and hiring people, and nicer weather on the weekends, and fewer cavities.

The clip was very short, so I don't know if either of the others asked her why businesses weren't hiring now if they needed workers so badly. Because history has amply demonstrated that excess money goes into the pockets of the big boys in the corner offices, not to paying workers more.

Irrational exuberance is usually associated with market tops.

Stock market drops and they'll say "see how bad we need this tax bill to save the economy?"
