Joe Biden was on C-SPAN today

He and Gov Kasich of Ohio appeared in a forum (Bridging the Political Divide) at the 'University of Delaware Center of Political Communication and the Biden Institute'.

One thing I want to share,
Biden said he had been invited to Europe earlier this year to give a speech at some conference.

The leader of the country in which he appeared (no name/country was mentioned) asked to speak with Biden in private.
They spoke for two and a half hours, primarily about Trump.

The head of state of that country said that (at the meeting of NATO leaders)
when President Trump shoved the President of Montenegro aside,
stepped in front,
puffed up his chest,
and held his head high,
they all thought of ‘il duce’ Mussolini, dictator of Italy in WW II.

I know that was meant as a criticism, but I think Trump would like that.

He practically swoons over some. The only one he seems not to like is Kim Jong Un, and probably the only reason he doesn't like him is that Kim says mean things about the Dotard. If Kim switched tactics and started talking about how brilliant Trump is, Trump would probably *give* him rockets and nuclear weapons.

It was pretty obvious in the campaign. He has that smug, "I'm a big guy and I can bully you" stance down pat.
