A leader of a business, or anything else must be trustworthy. If the leader says he/she will do something, then that person must try to do that, or that leader will loose the trust of those he/she works with. It really is pretty simple.
We learn very early the difference between lying and the truth. Our parents teach us that when we learn to talk. Why? It is essential to know if we are lying in many life situations. Our parents need to trust us as we grow up, so they can keep track of us. If we lie all the time, that task becomes almost impossible. For example: did you do your homework? Yes, dad or mom, "I did my homework", when I didn't do it.
A leader must be trusted to lead. President Obama was extremely "trustworthy." He was/is proud of that particular characteristic. You can see it when he talks and leads. That idea, "telling the truth" is extremely important. How do we trust someone, when he/she says that they will be there at 11am and they always show up late? (anywhere from a half hour late to two hours?) Please think about that. Trusting a friend to tell the truth about showing up, is simple and important. And it isn't some kind of rocket science. It is easy to understand. You want your child to tell the truth, and you want your mom or dad to tell the truth. You want your friend to tell you the truth.
Mr. Trump lies all the time. Why? I don't know. No matter what he may say, there is a very good chance that he is lying. We cannot trust him. He makes things up, and when he is wrong, he does not apologize. He does this all the time.
Yesterday he said Time Magazine called to inform him that he was being selected as "Person of the Year." Time Magazine had to announce it never tells people ahead of time that they will be " Person of the Year" Somebody was not telling the truth. Was it Time Magazine? Or Was it Mr. Trump?
Mr. Trump tweets ideas and events that are lies. Often and carelessly. He doesn't care about telling the truth. He never apologizes if he makes a mistake. Mr Trump is a classic failure, no matter what he says. Mr. Trump cannot be trusted. He lies all the time. He just does, and he seems to be proud of it. Very Sad.. Why Mr. Trump's job reflects the United States of America. I hate that fact. Mr Trump, a liar and it reflects on our country. He is a very bad reflection of our country. Mr. Trump is someone that no one can trust. And that is very simple, and it is there for everyone to see.

(38,449 posts)Moreover, the Republicans knew ahead of time exactly who and what Trump is. Trump being a "vile crazy asshole" is no secret. In eleven and a half months there will be an election. I believe the Republicans will indeed pay. They will lose and lose big.
