A Catholic all-boys school was forced to cover up a statue of a saint and a kneeling boy that clearly no one gave a critical eye to before
(ahem)
erecting.
Blackfriars Priory School in Adelaide unveiled the statue of St Dominic handing a kneeling boy a loaf of bread, and even without the context of the Catholic Churchs child abuse scandal, it looks bad. Like Kevin Spacey after a few too many drinks bad.

One of the saints miracles is said to be an ample supply of bread. Ample indeed.
When students began to take inappropriate photos with the statue, school officials covered it up.
The schools principal, Simon Cobiac, published a statement to the schools Facebook page, saying it looked different in the 2D plans compared to the real McCoy. Or should we say the real full Monty?
Lets face it, weve all been there.

That particular tableau has engendered snickers for decades but come on. I hope they get their money back.

Written, of course, with a firm understanding of what "righteousness" was as the minimal context, and what was clearly understood to be in the "impure" category by Judicial fiat.
