Alabama: by the numbers

44th in educational attainment (84.3% HS - 23.5 Ba)

5th highest in obesity (35.7% are obese2nd in hypertension )

42nd worst teen pregnancy rate (30.1 per 1000)

45th worst healthcare (healthy outcomes, cost and access)

48th worst preterm birth rate (12% of all live births)

49th worst infant mortality rate (8.7 per 1000 in a state that claims to care so much about the life)

8th highest incident of STDs (8 of 11 states with highest STDs are republican, predominantly white and Christian)

48th worst poverty rate (out of 51 - 19.2%)

8th highest percentage of population on SNAP (18%)

5th biggest “taker” state (takes $3 for every $1 going out)

Rank 1st in percent of state population being Christian (76% of Alabama are Christians/Protestants)

Alabama has serious problems that Moore is not equipped to solve because religion is obviously not going to fix it or Alabama would be better off than any state in the union.
