Wouldn't Franken's SNL and Deadhead past be more selacious and damning than this photo/kiss?

The guy was an original cast member/writer for Saturday Night Live...renowned for their drug consumption...

Franken was a Deadhead - also renowned for their drug consumption.

But - this kiss/photo is the damning deed???

Back then, if it felt good, do it, but keep the dope on the QT. Today, drugs aren't a big deal...they're even becoming legal...sexual assault is.

That's the problem with letting popular culture and the mood of the moment steer your idea of "right" and "wrong." With no moral absolutes, things that are perfectly acceptable today become our "sins" tomorrow. Frankly, and this might not be popular, but slavery and abortion fall into the same categories...acceptable at one time, even moral, and illegal/immoral at another.
