St. Augustine seeking input on monuments (FL)

... The St. Augustine City Commission made the decision during an October 23rd meeting that the confederate monuments should remain, and that it should be accompanied by information that places it in historical context.

The city will be accepting applications for a contextualization advisory committee that would help add a more complete and fully accurate history of the period represented by the monument.
