Fischer was on the air yesterday when another accuser came forward, recounting an incident in which Moore allegedly sexually assaulted her when she was 16. While Fischer had not seen the press conference, the American Family Associations president, Tim Wildmon, did watch it and he appeared on Fischers show to rather somberly report that this latest accuser seemed credible and her claims about Moore were very believable.
In the wake of that news, Fischers defense of Moore changed and he started insisting that nobody can condemn Moore because the biblical standard of proof had not been met and so everyone must withhold judgement regarding the multiple allegations against him.

Hmm... him getting banned for life from a mall for trying to pick up high school girls wasn't enough proof for you, Bryan?

I guess "judge not" only applies to pedophilia. And not to really important things like email protocols.

(100,103 posts)They still continue to peddle this bullshit theory about Pizzagate, yet, they are actively defending Roy Moore. You can't denounce one and support the other. Either you're 100% against child sex in all forms or you're not.

(58,709 posts)IIRC the assault has to happen within the city limits and withing earshot of witnesses who can hear her scream. So if you can isolate the victim it's OK, I guess.

(50,562 posts)I think the punishment in Leviticus 19.10 (stoning to death) is a little harsh even for Roy Moore, but if he loves the Bible as much as he says he does, how about Leviticus 19.17? "If a man takes his sister, his father's daughter or his mother's daughter, and sees her nakedness and she sees his nakedness, it is a wicked thing. And they shall be cut off in the sight of their people. He has uncovered his sister's nakedness. He shall bear his guilt."
I'd be perfectly happy with tarring and feathering and running him out of town on a rail. We don't even have to heat up the tar, because feathers will stick perfectly well to asphalt roof coating, which is liquid in the can.
