Good movie. It's about the working poor who live in weekly hotels. In this instance it's about the hotels in Kissimmee (Orlando) Florida near the entrance to Disney World. I believe it's the west entrance. The area around the main entrance is much nicer.
Many of the kids are unsupervised. In one of the scenes a pedophile tries to befriend them. He is kicked off the property by Willem Dafoe who plays the manager. I am now thinking of Pedo Moore.

There were a bunch of kids playing by a lake and this seventy something year old guy appears out of nowhere.
