4. She almost certainly won by a good deal more than that

if the ballots had been counted by hand and not on completely unverifiable machines that are rigged. In fact, if the Dems had had enough courage in the past to challenge the legality of counting votes in such a way that the vote is basically either unverifiable or never verified, the Dems would have won in 2004 as well as in 2016.
