...so to pick of 50 people who were standing still he had to be good with the trigger...moving? He's practiced 71?...he trained.

...the entry into the exit door = everyone running out of the two exist and there being a kill zone.

Throw in a huge apartment bomb and this guy was trained...

I'd want to know who he was talking to

I think the decision to shoot at the midnight opening of "Batman" and then allow the police to capture him also speaks to someone who wanted notoriety. So many times the shooter kills themselves after the act -- this person wanted to be around to witness the fallout.

this will always be in their heads. Many will be asking why they were spared when others were not. Many will just ask why at all
