Roy Moore loses double digit lead, tied with Democrat Doug Jones

"SNIP...........

Judging by the first poll to be released since news broke of his sexual assault allegations, former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore could lose the Senate race next month.

Conducted Thursday by Opinion Savvy, AL.com reports that the DecisionDeskHQ-commissioned poll ended with Moore at 46.4 percent support among voters whereas his opponent, Democrat Doug Jones, had 46 percent.

Of the people surveyed, 82.2 percent said they had heard about the allegations publicized by the Washington Post, including one woman who claims Moore had sexual contact with her when she was 14 and he was 32, but regardless, nearly three-fourths of Republicans don't want their candidate to drop out.

The dead heat is a steep drop for Moore considering a poll released Wednesday that had him enjoying 51 percent of support to Jones' 40 percent.

Jones will not win by gaining any support but he could win if Moore supporters stay home.

All while using Christianity to sit in judgment of those who aren't child molesters.

He's really, really christian, showed off his love of guns, and molested FEMALE children. So he's still in good standing with the fair voters of Alabama.

If some men were to speak up about being molested, well, then it would be a different story.

For a lot of people this isn’t about underage sex because they don’t believe it’s true.

Some of these people don’t believe anything except for what they hear on faux news or talk radio.

I read a story recently about a New York Times reporter following up on a fake news story about some immigrant kid in Idaho.

There were people there who wouldn’t talk to him because he was from NYT, because the NYT wasn’t trustworthy.

As usual.

Doug Jones is an excellent candidate and would make a wonderful Senator. Alabamans should be thrilled to swap Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III for Jones - talk about trading up!

Moore is in a shit world of hurt right now. If we can't turn his voters, we can certainly discourage them from going to the polls on Dec. 12: "You don't want to vote for a good man just because he's a Democrat? Fine. Surely you're not going to go cast a ballot for a child molester just because he's a Republican?"
