It seems more like he's making excuses. But at least he admits what he did and acknowledges his actions hurt people.

Fully acknowledging his shittiness, and why it was shitty. I appreciate that he's going to shut up. I hope he does.

I was not surprised by the accusations. I like the comedian. I was disappointed with another. I can respect his statement.

I mean, cripes, what is wrong with these people? Who does these things?

In general, people who behave this way seem to acting out part of a cycle of abuse. I guess the first step is admitting it, and the second step is seeking help, and the third step is making sure the cycle gets snapped.

6. Some have been abused themselves in the past. Some have psychological issues that require help

I'm not fan of LCK but he was clearly trying to work through some of it in his routines over the years and it's been fairly visible in other ways.

We've got such a stigma against mental health issues in general and then add our issues with all things sex related? It's a double whammy.

I think it's very important to remember that, and that's why child protective services are so important and why de-funding them is criminal.

8. Exactly, it's crazy how we treat so many that are in need. Prevention is not in our national vocab.
