we should take up a collection here at DU to pay the filing fee. Oh brother, you think that story wasn't sourced to a tee? Open up the good judge to a deposition in a civil case? Holy cow would that be a spectacle. Another milestone in colossal stupidity. I would pay to see Roy Moore deposed in that case-and you know it would be on video tape.

And Mooron will have to give sworn testimony about all his activities, right?

Which means the Washington Post can cast the net far and wide to find all the other underage victims that you know are out there...

Yeah, bring it on.

Discovery can be a bitch. When everyone is under oath and depositions are being taken lots of dirt can come out. I hope more women step forward.

Trump always picks on those less fortunate and expects them to go away. She's picking on a big boy and will not follow thru once a lawyer makes it clear they will have to prove the negative.

Let her be the first defense witness, too. Since she's so intent on "proving" his innocence, I'm sure she would waive her spousal right not to testify.

Let's hear all about her and ole Roy's sex life and ask if she's ever been asked to do anything "deviant" to have kept him satisfied.
