Don't recall much in their "Holy Bible" that's outright condemning rape, really.
I mean, sure ... there's a couple of 'out of wedlock' references, but they aren't that strongly worded. I mean, it's not like we're talking 'ABOMINATIONS' or anything.
Really there's precious little there in the way of protecting women (or even children) from having dicks forced upon them ... whether they like it or not. As long as The Man, ya know, 'makes them his wife', and pays her dad his 30 sheckels of silver and such ... then hell ... even if she's 10 ... Bob's Your Uncle as far as Big Sky Daddy goes! No trouble there!
OTOH, there's thousands of words in it condemning anyone who fails to recognize MALES (including the Uber-Daddy Himself, Gawd) as the Supreme Arbiters Of EVERYTHING.
It's ALMOST like a bunch of evil men made up a bullshit story, wherein they have this Magical Male Sky Ally ... who can let you (and your children) Live Forever In Paradise ... OR Burn You in Hell Forever ... as a means to hold on to all the power in the world, such that they can pretty much do who/whatever ... they want.
