Even Business Week hits 'the do-nothing congress'
I think this is what President Obama should also be running on--a congress that talks big on jobs but hasn't done anything--in particular the GOP House of Representatives:
Lawmakers have sent only 54 bills to President Obama so far this year, making it one of the least productive sessions on record. Most of the new laws are trivial.
