I saw it happen to W, but it took 6.5 years. Only after Democrats trounced Republicans in 2006 Winning back both houses of Congress. Republicans spent his last year and a half complaining to each other about how W was a Democrat, and had been a closet Democrat forever, but only after Democrats 2006 election, and W's 26% approval.

Won't take 6.5 years for Donald. It will begin soon after tonight's election results. And will be full song in 6 months. By next summer Fox News "guests" will be saying, "You know of course Donald Trump was a registered Democrat nearly his entire life".
