That's how they got Ann Coulter's books on the best-seller lists.
Toronto is a favourite dumping ground for such books. When Coulter's book "Scandal" was being touted as a "best seller" (based on bulk sales numbers), I saw box-loads of them in a discount store selling at $1.99 each - right next to a box of women's panties that were selling at four for a buck.
