Waste, fraud and abuse in Medicare

Listen Joe Scum go and do some homework and see how many persons have been charged for Medicare abuse since Obama became president.

2. Medicare fraud is portrayed by the right as a bunch of slackers getting bennies they don't....

... deserve. In actuality it's guys like Florida Governor Rick Scott who are defrauding the government.

4. problem with that

...with the google results....is that few of these articles, and fewer of the Inspector General Reports, regarding "waste fraud and abuse", distinguish between large, organised fraud, corporate and other business related fraud, on the one hand...and the individual fraud, that is the specific Target of the Meme(welfare queen).
The various IG's define waste, abuse and fraud, very specifically...but their reports(the one's I've perused) don't make that distinction, either.
Thus, the Right can point to "$4.6 Billion Dollars in Welfare Fraud!!!!"...without having any actual evidence that it's the proverbial "crack smoking whores under a bridge", are to blame for any significant portion of that very large number.
