I've searched Google and couldn't find any.

(42,862 posts)One can't wait indefinitely before retracting AND apologizing. None of this wishy-washy "I mispoke" bullshit either. Own-up, admit the mistake, promise to never do it again, and apologize without reservation, without condition, without exception, without excuses.
How quickly did it take Warren to chime in with her comments? Her retraction and apology should be at least as quick.
It's this type of behavior (the hasty initial misstep AND the delayed retraction and apology) that convince me that she'll never be anything more than the Senator from Massachusetts. I'd never support someone like this to become our party's nominee.

(11,605 posts)She was quick enough to chime in with her opinion that has since been proven wrong. Then, she closed her mouth as though she has nothing to do with the trouble she caused. This is not the behavior of a stand-up person.
