Divide, divide, divide! Didn't all the Sanders supporters want the DNC to be shook up?

You're all falling for classic division topics. Perez ousted some people for newer and younger folks. Among those added:

From the Hill:

A Democratic source told The Hill that Perez’s nominees would double the number of millennials and Native Americans currently represented at the DNC. It will also increase the DNC’s LGBT presence and representation from Puerto Ricans, at a time when Trump has been criticized for his response to the hurricane that has devastated the island territory.

Perez’s delegate slate also includes Ellie Perez, a so-called Dreamer — an immigrant brought to the U.S. without legal permission as a child — from Arizona, and Marisa Richmond, a transgender African-American woman. If Perez’s slate of delegates is approved, it would bring the total number of unions represented by at-large DNC members to 21, which the source said was the highest mark in years.

“This year’s slate of at-large DNC member nominees reflects the unprecedented diversity of our party’s coalition,” DNC national press secretary Michael Tyler said in a statement to The Hill......................................

Perez’s slate of delegates also includes several names that will be familiar in Washington and in Democratic circles, including former interim DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile.

Several supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) are also on Perez’s list, including former Sanders spokeswoman Symone Sanders.
...............
Two people who challenged Perez for DNC chair have been nominated — Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) and former South Carolina Democratic chairman Jaime Harrison. ..........................

Labor leader Randi Weingarten, who backed Ellison in the DNC chair race over Perez, is also nominated.

These are great changes, imo. Don't fall for divisive tactics.

Several credible msin stream website reported out on it.

NBC reported that "Those ousted include Ray Buckley, James Zogby, Alice Germond, and Barbara Casbar Siperstein, NBC News reports"

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/shakeup-democratic-national-committee-longtime-officials-ousted-n812126

" Those who have been pushed out include

Ray Buckley, the New Hampshire Democratic chairman and longtime DNC official who ran against Perez for chair before backing Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn. Buckley lost his spots on the Executive Committee and DNC Rules Committee.
James Zogby, the president of the Arab American Institute and prominent Sanders backer, is no longer co-chair of the Resolutions Committee and is off the Executive Committee, a spot he has held since 2001.
Alice Germond, the party’s longtime former secretary and a vocal Ellison backer, who was removed from her at-large appointment to the DNC.
Barbra Casbar Siperstein, who supported Ellison and Buckley, was tossed from the Executive Committee."

VANITY FAIR also reported on it.

For example: Zogby was named a super delegate, that hardly is a demotion. Other Sanders supporters and people who didn't support Perez were added.

The people against the status quo are now complaining that changes were made.

Bottom line: Perez’s nominees would double the number of millennials and Native Americans currently represented at the DNC. It will also increase the DNC’s LGBT presence and representation from Puerto Ricans. It also brings the total number of unions represented by at-large DNC members to 21, which the source said was the highest mark in years.

unprecedented diversity is what is being attacked. Malcontents will gripe no matter what is done. How does that differ from the GOP and other ratfuckers attacking us?

It's too bad because she was a good even handed commentator, now just a bitter bomb thrower I do not care to hear from again. Whatever her beef with Hillary, it could have been handled between them.....but then I guess there would not be any book money without the drama.
