The State Dept used to work to get detained journalists out???? of jail. But Trump's State does not

do this anymore because of?? Sparsely staffed State is going to ruins. Few Diplomats to do the work required around the world. Just heard this on msnbc--very brief comment of one of panel guests. I was not tuned in most of yesterday but this is an important issue,yet not on the news radar.

So, I looked this up.
