Today my boyfriend saw Trump on a taped video.........
My boyfriend and I are members of our local Detachment of the Marine Corps League. He served 4 years active duty, and I'm the daughter of a 15 year Marine Veteran.
He, my boyfriend is a member of the Detachment's Honor Guard. Today he and 3 others were Honor Guard at the swearing in of 25 new American Citizens. He said it was a great ceremony, until the TV was turned on and Trump appeared and congratulated the new Citizens on their new status. He went on ad nauseum, about the US being a country of diversity and opportunity.
My boyfriend said that he and another member of the Honor Guard rolled their eyes at each other as Trump rolled on.
When he came home and told me about this, he just can't understand if Trump knows he taped this for Citizenship ceremonies, and if he knows, how does that fit in with the disgusting bullshit he says about stopping people from certain countries from coming here.
