Make it a weekly event. Tease indictments on Friday evening, have everyone speculating over the weekend. Then drop them Monday morning -- having everyone talk about it all during the week.

If he thinks that the increased exposure helps solidify his position as Special Counsel, putting pressure on Congress to protect the investigation, then I could see him doing it. Of course, this sort of presupposes that he's got pretty much everyone nailed already... which might be too much to hope for at this point. But who knows?

Mueller has several more people to interview within the next week. tRump is said to want to fire Mueller badly. Incriminating information about WH cronies is coming out almost ever couple of hours.
