3. Mueller works on his own schedule.

He'll indict people or release indictments when he's ready to do so, regardless of what SCROTUS is up to or where he is. If indictments happened while Dolt 45 is out of the country, I doubt he'd cut his trip short - but he'll set Twitter on fire.
