Did you know that Ruth Bader Ginsburg votes with Clearance Thomas that same 65% of the time?

The relevant statistic is how often she votes with Democrats. On that score, she could improve but isn't awful:

According to (http://progressivepunch.org/scores.htm?house=house), she has a lifetime 92% "progressive score" on all votes... but only a 75% on "crucial votes".

That's obviously dramatically superior to any Republicans... but well behind most Democrats in Congress.
