I wonder if fox contributor Judge Napolitano has counsel?

I wonder if he's been interviewed? How did he know this?

Joy Reid includes an excerpt from Nance's The Plot to Hack America:

Napolitano claimed to have confidential information about what was going on at the highest levels of the Kremlin, SVR, and Putin's inner circle, saying "...There's a debate going on in the Kremlin between the Foreign Ministry and the Intelligence Services about whether to release the twenty thousand of Mrs. Clinton's emails that they have hacked into and received and stored. All of this is happening at once.

There's another excerpt if you go to Twitter.

I see some major personality disorders going on there. Just like with all the other rabid 45 supporters

On Edit: I was in a hurry and mistook this for the wrong judge. Same thing applies though. NUTS! All of them.
