9. They didn't cancel, they suspended the production of the current season.

This season was going to be the last anyway. He also has a Netflix movie coming out next year which is already in the can. Netflix will probably pick up production again when the worst of this blows over, likely when nobody is looking and the media has moved on to something else. Again, that's how our culture works now.

Part of this is business as usual in Hollywood using power and status to sexually harass people but part of it is continuing the cycle of abuse he grew up in. Spacey had a nightmare of a childhood.
