I think he's talking about the lies of the Bill Clinton administration that became the Deep State after the 2000 election:
1. They staged the whole 9/11 attacks, then cringed when it backfired and resulted in a swell of patriotism and support for GWB.
2. They subsequently made up the intel on WMD in Iraq in order to drag America into war and GWB's administration into discredit.
3. Their despicable financial machinations (ingeniously disguised through the Clinton Foundation) brought about the Great Recession. This was going to lead to their crowning glory, when Hillary would run as the Democratic nominee in 2008 but lose narrowly to her Republican opponent. After four years of wallowing in an economic morass, Hillary would emerge again in 2012 as a savior for the nation and win election in a landslide.
4. What they didn't factor in was the meteoric rise of Barack Obama, whose magnetic personality captivated the country and led to his winning the Democratic nomination and the Presidency in 2008. They then had to recalculate and work with the Obama administration to dig out of the economic hole they created in order to get the economy humming by 2016 (but no earlier!) so that Hillary could sweep into the Oval Office in January 2017 to rosy economic conditions for the next eight glorious years.
So as you can see, Benghazi and the emails were but small potatoes, chump change. There is SOOO much to be investigated that I think the right wing media and politicians will be busy for decades sorting this all out.
