Maybe Woolsey is the source-who-was-briefed, and the reason he was briefed

is that he has been working with Mueller on the Flynn case.

Any lawyers out there who have an opinion on that? Might an important witness be briefed about the imminent arrest of someone who was indicted?

In which case Flynn might be among the first to be indicted.
