An advisor to four different presidential administrations suggested a pause in the rush to assume that former Donald Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort is the target of reported sealed indictments.

David Gergen, who served presidents of both parties, suggested that former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn might instead be Robert Mueller’s first target.

“You know, the main person we’ve been talking all along is Paul Manafort,” Gergen explained to Anderson Cooper on CNN. “It is just very possible that the indictment could be against Michael Flynn.”

“It’s worth noting that in the last few days, Jim Woolsey, former head of CIA, who was in the transition — and abruptly left…with no explanation — is a very honest man, he was there to observe a lot of this, and he got the hell out,” Gergen explained.

guess we have to wait to Monday? to find out who the first person with actual charges against them is. One is not enough, by now many should have charges against them.

He could order a nuclear missile/bomber strike on NK to change the narrative of what happens Monday as well.

Dumpfshat can't blanket pardon people of he doesn't know who they are yet , and I think that if a bunch were arrested at once no one would stand out and maybe if they concentrate on just one, show just how solidly they have their case and the goods on him, others may flip left and right.

I don't think they would totally show their hand yet, but I could be extremely wrong.

could be someone we don't even know from the news shows. This is very early in investigation, could be some low level person that authorities will use to bring in the larger fish. I want many heads to roll on this attack against our democracy and the theft of our election.

I don't even care if some Ds were involved- all of these people, these traitors have to be purged from OUR government.

And don't believe for a second that Woolsey is such an honest patriot. The former head of the CIA is not going to be naive about Russian machinations and Trump & CO's Russia connections are old and deep.
