I'll bet NY AG has every detail about this first indictment and that it's for something that violates NY law too. That way, if Trump issues a pardon or fires Mueller, Schneiderman indicts within days.

Someone posted on DU earlier (and it made me feel reassured) that Mueller is smart enough to know this is a distinct possibility so he has most likely set up others on his team with the information he has already gathered so that it will be able to continue.

political crimes like this. There will be at least one white winger who believes this is all fake or designed to bring king Trump down.
