If I'm understanding the wacky "conflict of interest" claim,

There are assuming a whole lot of facts not in evidence to arrive to the conclusion that mueller should resign.

For instance, the dossier might have nothing to do with any if the charges. If he's going after people for obstruction or abuse of power or illegal transactions, the fact that Donnie and his gang might have been motivated by concern about the dossier is irrelevant.

Seems to me they're way jumping the gun on this.

I mean I know it's all a made up pile of crap anyway, but the timing makes it way too obvious. Had they waited until mueller started talking about the dossier, or it appeared in an indictment, then they could trot out this wild claim and it would at least seem appropriate to look into.

As it is, it stinks of fabricated smear.

Then again, that is their speciality....
