I see this headline 'trump speaks emotionally of the brother he lost to alcoholism' and I think

Yea, well he cut off the health insurance coverage for that same brother's grandchild, because his nephew had the temerity to sue him over over his possible interference concerning the patriarch's will.

http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2016/08/trump-files-donald-sick-infant-medical-care/

snip:

Johnston writes that medical insurance had consistently been provided to the family through Fred Sr.’s company. This coverage was crucial for Freddy’s grandson (Donald’s grandnephew), who suffered from seizures and later developed cerebral palsy. So crucial, in fact, that a letter sent from a Trump lawyer to the insurer after the patriarch’s death in 1999 said that “all costs” for the sick child’s care should be covered, regardless of caps on the plan or medical necessity, according to Johnston. That didn’t last long.

A week after the lawsuit was filed in court, Freddy’s son (Donald’s nephew) received a letter informing him that the health insurance would be discontinued, meaning his ill son would be left without coverage. Donald openly admitted to the New York Daily News that he and his siblings took this action out of revenge.

“Why should we give him medical coverage?” Trump said, adding, “They sued my father, essentially. I’m not thrilled when someone sues my father.”

What a disgusting piece of shit he is! He is truly evil. Not one ounce of caring, empathy or compassion. He is all about revenge and making his perceived enemies suffer.

From all accounts, Fred Jr. was cut from a completely different sort of cloth than Fred Sr. and Donnie Johnnie. I imagine that any family get togethers would have been nightmarish.

likely and understandable. I would have to live on Xanax if I were around that family. If he murdered them it probably would have been considered justifiable homoside by the judge and jury.

Chris Jansing was talking about the Orange Fuhrer as if he was the most caring, wonderful person ever. They were all beside themselves about the personal story Trump related about his brother and said it was the best they'd ever seen him. Meanwhile, I'm thinking the proof is in the actions not the words. Will one addict be able to walk into an ER and beg to go into treatment and get immediate action? No. They'll be able to find a bed in a few weeks and by then the addict isn't interested or dead. This was nothing more than one of Don's "look at me I'm wonderful" ceremonies. He's still killing healthcare after all. It makes me ill.

I did not see an ounce of emotion. I was thinking, not even his own brother can conjure up genuine feelings. There is something deeply troubling about that man.
