Why wasn't this contract vetted?? This company is so arrogant. Just like the president. Oh and why aren't they hiring local workers?? They only had 2 workers last week. They couldn't try to hire people right there in Puerto Rico?? Something is very fishy

it magically increased to 300 when a GOP cabinet member's gave a contract to the mom and pop company in his state. for a full year yet, and someone gave them, as I understand it, a sole source contract for 300M.
