Puerto Rico's electric grid

Seems to me that hiring Puerto Ricans to rebuild their electrical grid with sustainable solar would make the most sense.
Both from a Puerto Rican economic standpoint and also from a storm resistant grid standpoint.

Instead we get favoritism (cronyism) by this administration. Taking care of their donors which will cost a whole lot more tax dollars.

She was always fond of decrying "cronyism"?

She seems to have been pretty quiet lately...

Not that I want to really hear her utter a single worthless syllable, or see her swarmy makeup laden face at all.
