Former Clinton Spox Brian Fallon: If Dossier Helps Mueller, It Was 'Money Well Spent'

by Joseph A. Wulfsohn | 9:34 pm, October 24th, 2017

In a Tuesday night tweet storm, former Hillary Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon defended the campaign in the wake of a new report that revealed that they along with the DNC funded research behind the Trump dossier.

“I have no idea what Fusion or [Christopher] Steele were paid but if even a shred of that dossier ends up helping [Special Counsel Robert] Mueller, it will prove money well spent,” Fallon tweeted.

He also defended Marc Elias, the DNC lawyer at the center of the financial transaction between the Democrats and Fusion GPS.

regarding who commissioned it and payed for it was discussed when it first appeared in the media. Now it is "dirty tricks" by Clinton, inferring that because it was paid for, that it can't be true.
